I LOVE this book. I’m only a week or so in and already it’s making a difference in my life. The daily readings are just the right size. Concise and only take a few minutes to read, but never fail to make me think and reevaluate on a deep level. Really like the format too. A reading in the morning, then a chance to make an intention for the day, with a place to write afterward, and another place to write at the end of the day. GIves me something to think about as I go through my day, and a chance to reflect on it at the day’s end. The lessons build on each other, so you only really focus on a specific area daily, but the cumulative effect has already been impressive, and as cliche as it sounds, life changing. I’d recommend this to just about anyone. If you’re stuck in a rut, if you’re going through a major life change, if you’re just not happy with how you’re life’s going. About the authors
Briana and Dr. Peter Borten have made it their mission to create a more peaceful world by helping individuals reestablish a sense of inner peace and balance. They are the the creators of the Rituals For Living Dreambook and Planner, and founders of The Dragontree, a wellness organization with holistic spas in Portland and Boulder, online courses, natural body care products, and resources for vibrant living.
Peter, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and certified Qi Gong instructor, has taught extensively and has authored hundreds of articles on psychological and physical health.
